Stuck in New Zealand this season not going anywhere

I have finish the first half of my journey to Australia. Looking for one Individual who would be interested in learning and living the cruising lifestyle. Currently leaving New Zealand and headed north for Tonga and Fiji To start the new season. Will be cruising the Kingdom of Tonga and Fiji slowly from one island to the next soaking up a bit of paradise
1.Basic to moderate sailing skills, or desire to learn.
2.Watch keeping skill day/night
3. Compatibility, sense of adventure. and time, lots of time.
4. These would be non paying positions.
Perspective crew member would be responsible for their travel ,off boat expenses, and any immigration cost or bonds
5. Will provide food on boat if you provide galley skills and labor.
6. This is a Non-smoking boat.
7. I have good references from previous crews. On request.
8. If you have references from your previous captain that would weigh heavily in your favor.
Literal translation, this is what being offered
a. Must be willing and able to meet the boat in New Zealand
b. Must be willing and able,and the desire to visit the islands for2 to 3 months.
c.I would be able to pick up your on boat expenses,” food” If you’re willing to do more than your fair share of the cooking and cleaning. I am a terrible cook.
e. I am willing to share this adventure of a lifetime with the right someone. But that someone has to remember , It’s not about them or their schedule,It’s about enjoying the cruising lifestyle. Currently in New Zealand will be leaving with expected arrival mid May in Tonga that’s my ideas far.
