Looking for crew to go from Cartagena to Panama

I'm looking for 1 or 2 crew members to make the crossing from Cartagena, Colombia to Puerto Lindo, Panama.
The crew doesn't need to be experienced but willing to learn.
The crew will have to take shifts at the helm, assist with the general sailing maneuvers, help maintain order and cleanliness on board.
I'm very chill, I speak English and Spanish.
The crew will be expected to contribute towards the port fees in Panama, diesel and food.

  • Boat descriptionKatie is a 1980, 32 ft endeavor with a 24 hp atomic universal engine. Recently bought sail it from Bocas del Toro, to San Blas and then Linton Bay, change oil, oil filters, diesel filters, had raw water pump seals, impeller and shaft replaced. We have a well equipped galley, functional manual toilet, shower, 3 berths although one is storage, and a v berths. Vhf radio, gps, digital and analog compass, depth sounder, emergency beacon, flares, rain catcher, 4 life jackets, safety harnesses. Katie is equipped with a 65 gallon water tank and a 25 gallon diesel tank.
