Sailing Preveza Greece through the Corinth and Island hoping to Crete in 2021.
Hi, Standing by to see if getting to Greece is an option in 2021.
Our preference is one other female.
The boat is a very comfortable Amel Meltem 52ft ketch. There is 6ft head room in all cabins so tall crew will always very comfortable and happy.
We intend to take 4 to 6 weeks to make the passage. Crew are expected to be willing and interested and have a reasonable knowledge of some basic knots.
As a Captain I love to share what experience and know-how I have. Those that I enjoy sailing with are people who love being on the water and have a live and let live attitude. Other characteristics would be, being happy in their own company, enjoy the society of their fellow crew mates, enjoy serious and silly conversations, have a willingness to recognize different points of view and be confident in their own beliefs, have an understanding of the value of teamwork, be a nonsmoker and be open minded and of a happy disposition.
As for costs, all costs related to the boat and passage are paid by me. Crew are only asked to contribute to food and beverage, in other words the costs that they have control over.
Crew must always feel free to ask questions and make suggestions in relation to all aspects of life on board.
If the above hits a cord with you then I would love to hear from you.
