This is Seasonal work that is very busy between April and November. We've been in business over 15 years and many of our current Captains and Deckhands have been with us for 6 or more years. We take more than 900 groups sailing every year, so there is plenty of opportunity for a qualified Deckhand to stay busy or work part time. If you're interested, we can also use some skilled hands maintaining the boats year round.
All USCG required safety gear on board and up to date. GPS, Wind, Speed, Depth and Radar Instrumentation is equipped. The boat is nimble and efficiently organized with checklists and procedures in place. Always operated by a Licensed Captain and Qualified Deckhands.
Most charters are 3 hours and include food and beverage service provided by the crew. Passengers are pleasant and grateful and demonstrate this through gratuities and raving online reviews. Deckhands are paid hourly and earn gratuities.
