Captain - Temporary / Seasonal - Italy

Looking for a precise Captain, with RYA Yachtmaster Ocean, and an accurate Hostess, who can cook and sail, for the following season: from now to October 2019.
The boat is a 62 feet S/Y, based in Italy, and will sail around the Med in August.
Private owner, no charter. Luxury service level expected. Italian speaking is a plus.
Looking for a couple.
Boat sails under Italian flag: subscription to Gente di Mare or UE Seamen's discharge book is mandatory.
