Sailing from Florida, USA to the Bahamas

Hi,
I am looking for a crew to assist sailing my 46 Ft Cal Ketch
I am not looking for a professional crew but a person who can learn fast and have some experience with offshore sailing and navigation
I am Norwegian, but with present residence in the USA. I am sailing my CAL 2-46 from Florida departing approx April 1 from Florida to Bahamas and possibly to the Virgin Islands with several stops on the way in Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and other islands on the way.
I am looking for an experienced, but not professional crew to share these experiences.
