Cruise South Australian waters and more

Looking for building crew/team for increasingly longer trips, with ultimate goal to circumnavigate Australia or sail Oceania, or similar. I am mostly free four days a week from Friday to Monday, I am open to suggestions for sailing trips in SA waters, during these days.
