We are looking for likeminded people who love sailing, kitesurfing, surfing, free diving and exploring!
Does this sound like you? How about getting to enjoy all that while living aboard and sailing an 80ft Whitbread race yacht?
We are a family of four who have been living afloat for the last 20 years because this lifestyle suits us like no other!
4 years ago we upgraded from a 42ft boat to an 80ft boat and spent 3 years on an extensive refit and created a comfortable cruising yacht, ready to explore the Pacific islands looking for places to explore, surf and kite. We’ve just sailed back to NZ after cruising the Fiji islands for 5 months and are spending the cyclone season in New Zealand.
Based in Whangarei we will be exploring out in the Barrier and Bay of Islands at times until departing for another season in Fiji around May/June.
With a boat that size and with a racing pedigree comes greater thrill and comfort, but also higher running costs which is why we are looking for people keen to share the experience and the cost.
