Cruising from Cairns to Indonesia May 2023
Non-smoking couple required to assist with watches etc for Cairns to Bali. Share v-berth forward cabin so would suit a couple or travelling companions who know they can live in close quarters. Novice or competent crew considered. We will be taking our time making stops at a range of islands and reefs dependant on weather. Crew will be expected to contribute towards the expenses of the trip with a negotiable per person per day cost covering all food. Travel to and from the boat, visa fees etc will be the crew members' responsibility.
We are a cruising couple, who have logged over 20,000 nautical .miles in Australia, South East Asia, the Mediterranean & Europe. We have also worked as Charter Flotilla Leaders in the Greek Isles and enjoy sharing the experience of sailing with others. We are conservative sailors placing the safety of the boat and crew above all else. If the weather forecast is not right, expect us to stay put until it is. We like to take our time and not rush past beautiful places worth exploring. We enjoy the social aspects of cruising but strictly adhere to a no drinking whilst underway policy and wait until the anchor is down to lift the glass.
