Captain/Engineer - Permanent - General (Europe)

I am living with my family in Sri Lanka. Usually in May we travel back to Germany and return in August. In the future I want to avoid flying but prefer to do this trip on my sailing boat.
The boat should be at least 20 m, preferably built in the 1930's.
My future skipper should help me to find the perfect boat. He should take care of the charter in summer in the Mediterranean and the rest of the year in the Indian Ocean to cover the cost.
