42 meters ketch looking for a first mate.
We are docked in Antigua at the moment and moving soon to the Bahamas , after that we will prepare for the crossing back .
WE are looking for people interested in a long term commitment .
Deck team is composed by 3 crew members .
First mate must be the first of them in skills ,experience , dedication and strenght .
We sail and work hard ,it is required competences of a racing sailor and the discipline of a soldier .
If by chance a wrong candidate will jump on board and the result will be not satisfactory a dishonorable disembarkation will follow .
