Hi , looking for first mate to complete team of 3 crew on deck and 8 crew members in total .
First mate on Alejandra is the first to be on deck in the morning and the last to leave it in the afternoon .
He is the one that is spending more time on the masts taking care of rigs , the most hard working guy on board and the best one to take care of deck maintenance .
He is the one giving the rhythm on deck using his work as example and not by using the whip.
Good varnishing skills are required . It is a must To be a very good sailors able to handle safely ropes and winches with big loads .
Captain has more than 200.000 miles and more than 30 Atlantic crossing , not willing to listen opinions of less experienced crew members .
Philosophers , slow / sleeping people , commentators , not active people are not welcome .
We are looking for crew willing to start in the beginning of May , if season is going well we offer permanent contract.
