Looking for someone to train me in sailing my yacht.

Hey I am the owner of the vessel, Bass Voyager.
Based in cairns, FNQ.
I'm looking for someone willing to help me learn more and enjoy sailing her.
She's a 38ft steel sloop design. Centre wheel house. Plenty of room.
Im keen to take her north to australian Islands and the PNG islands then further abroad.
