Sailing Instructor in Thailand: We are looking for an above average sailing school instructor to join our small instructor team at SailQuest Sailing School in Thailand. SailQuest is an IYT partner school delivering a fast-paced, well organized 10 day international "learn to sail" program.

Ideally, we would like to find an experienced instructor who can handle both classroom and on-the-water instruction to our students who attend our course from all over the world.

Other responsibilities could include skippering/crewing on SailQuest join-in mile builders, regattas and occasional yacht deliveries. Other talents such as marketing, management, maintenance, etc. may be useful.

The best candidate will have many years of professional sailing/cruising/delivery/charter experience and be an awesome and qualified IYT instructor living in SE Asia. However, we have trained experienced sailors without a teaching background to be good instructors and we have trained good teacher-types with limited sailing experience to be good sailing instructors. We can also assist in qualifying for IYT instructor certificates.

This will be a good opportunity for someone who is already in the SE Asia area or wants to come to Thailand to enjoy the lifestyle and make some money while you are here. The instructor position is basically a part time job, working 10-15 days per month, and we hope to find a person who can commit to at least 1 year of employment, participating in all scheduled course dates, longer term is possible.

Clear speaking English language is a must.
