Happy and safe sailing.
A knowledgeable captain on a loved, comfortable , cruising boat! That’s all you need to enjoy sailing! I would love to sail again with Geoff.

Seeking crew for a cruise to Port Davey, southern Tasmania. Starting in Hobart I expect the trip to be up to 6 weeks duration allowing for weather windows to get there and back. I would then like to cruise north to Newcastle where I'll stop for a few months. Some experience preferred. Experienced skipper with no set time scale, safety and comfort is priority. I would spend a week sailing locally around Bruny Island to get to know each other prior to setting off to remote Port Davey. Crew has own cabin. Well equiped Passport 40. I would like to be able to leave before the end of Jan 2021. Female crew preferred, no expectations just a willingness to help out with cooking, taking care of the boat. There may be times when we are holed up with weather so I spend this time working on the boat, there is always plenty to do. I'm a long time liveaboard with over 150,000 miles at sea world wide, personable, love to cook and enjoy good food, happy hours compulsory though moderate drinking only, no drinking at sea. No smokers. Share cost of food and fuel, I mostly pick my weather so we can sail, once stocked up there will be little opportunity to spend money so not an expensive trip, we will however sometimes be off grid. Please get in touch should you be interested
