Good day, I am looking for a crew to join my delivery captain on a sailboat delivery from USVI to St. Martin. It is an 18 hour journey with a days shakedown cruise the day prior to departure. You will need to connect with the skipper in St. Thomas, and have passport and negative covid test results prior to departure. Prior experience in overnight sailing is welcome. I will cover the cost of flying you back to St. Thomas.

Boat descriptionAlutia is a Boreal 47. Boreals are an aluminum hulled, rugged, overbuilt, and proven long distance cruiser. For 2021 the Boreal 47.2 just won the "European Boat of the Year" in the Bluewater Cruisers Category, and earlier won the “Special Prize of the Jury” at the Sailboat of the Year 2021 competition. She has a a lifting centreboard which allows her access to very shallow and protected bays and coves, and she can beach herself at low tide. She is fully equipped and rigged to go anywhere.
