Chef - Permanent - Min exp 6 years - General (Caribbean)
Open position for a professional and experienced Solo Chef to work with a client on his yacht and occasionally in his villas worldwide.

Experience required:
- Previous experience as a professional chef
- Previous work on luxury yachts .
- Flexible to relocating,
- Ability to perform other tasks as needed
- Competent in provisioning.
- Experiences & confidence on all types of cuisines from around the world.
- Healthy food preparations.
- Extremely high safety food standards.
- Able to create a variety of menus
- Able to prepare bakery, meals & dessert from scratch without assistance.
- Creative & able to work under pressure.
- Presents food in a professional matter.
The vessel is a Sailing Catamaran crewed by a professional Captain and deckhand sailed privately for the owners & guests.

The owner and the agent of this vessel are a pair of trickters. At the end of my contract they looked for a lame excuse to not pay my wedges. I try to file a complain in Sweeden but lawyers charge 250 eu p/h. The owner is an spoiled egotistic racist and abuses and treats the crew like slaves.
