looking for a volunteer crew in Fethiye

Hi, I have a 34.2 feet sailing boat in Buba invest marina, Fethiye/ Muğla province. I sail and holiday around Fethiye ,Göcek and Marmaris bays. I am looking for a helper/crew. Crew has to cook and should help me with sailing, mooring, steering and cleaning.
