Capt. & Chef couple - Permanent - $D.O.E. - British Virgin Islands

Now looking for Captain/Chef team to run a 22m luxury high performance sailing catamaran for next season 22/23. Very easy boat to run and kept to highest standard. Great wages for the right crew. Tips for the charters are consistently 20% of 40k per week charters.

Need experienced, established couple with focus on boat maintenance off charter and high end service on charter. Experienced sailor and engineer for captain and experienced (culinary training a plus) charter chef preferred. USVI/BVI and some down island itinerary. Busy charter season expected. Will attend Nov boat show.

Boat is standout and kept to super yacht standards. Very easy to run, non complicated systems. Commercial galley with all appointments necessary for charter.
