Looking for sailing from Sri Lanka to somewhere

Marine, 25 years-old, passionate by scubadiving and the ocean. I'm open-minded and a teamworker.
My grandpa was a sailor (as most family members) and I always wanted to sail around the world, now it's time to start ! I ended up my engineering school last year and I am travelling for a year.
I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew or Voluntary work from Sri Lanka to Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam or whatever). I am open to new destination. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people and learn to sail.
