Hi, I am 38yo, smiley, friendly, educated and handy guy looking for a position as a captain / first mate, engineer.
I have worked on an 81ft aluminum MAXI sailboat for over a year as first mate and engineer.
My last position was serving as Captain, Engineer and deckhand on a SY Hanse 675 for over a year.
Currently, I am First mate and engineer on a SY Goulet 41m.
I have sailing experience in Italy, Greece, Turkey and Thailand.
I’ve performed extensive onboard maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, carpentry, electronics, plumbing, and rigging work. Beyond routine maintenance, I’ve also been deeply involved in onboard improvements and upgrades to optimize performance and comfort.
