Captain and Deck/Stew Couple Available
We are a professional crew couple available immediately, ready to join anywhere on short notice.
Tassio brings seventeen years of hands-on experience operating sailing vessels in remote environments, including multiple Atlantic crossings as skipper and a solo Pacific crossing. His background includes surveying, refit management, deliveries, and maintaining vessels fully operational in demanding conditions. He also has strong experience in freediving and spearfishing, regularly guiding others.
Lauren has solid hands-on experience working aboard sailing vessels as deckhand and hostess. She is comfortable with provisioning, onboard routines, and maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming spaces, while also assisting with sailing operations and guest activities. She brings a calm, adaptable presence and connects easily with both adults and children.
We are both very passionate about surfing and feel at home in the ocean, confident and experienced in a wide range of conditions.
Together, we are comfortable managing all aspects of life at sea—from operations and maintenance to guest experience. We work well as a team, take initiative, and integrate easily into private programs, whether as a captain/stewardess couple, delivery crew, or support team.
