Looking for a Job
Hi! My name is Wenceslao, I’m 24, originally from Argentina and currently based in Barcelona.
My sailing journey began on the Río de la Plata. I hold the STCW Basic Safety Training and the Spanish PER license with Balearic extension, and I’m currently studying for my Yacht Skipper certification.
During the summer of 2026, I worked as a deckhand aboard a Swan 65, completing over 1,000 nautical miles across the Mediterranean. I gained hands-on experience in watchkeeping, navigation, deck operations and maintenance. I also actively compete in regattas aboard an ILC 30, taking on bow and pit positions.
I’m hardworking, adaptable and eager to learn, with a genuine passion for the sea. I’m currently looking for new opportunities as a deckhand to gain more experience and continue developing my career at sea.
I speak fluent Spanish and English, have a good command of Italian, and am open to opportunities in the Mediterranean and beyond. ⛵
