Looking for a Novice Crew, Voluntary work, Friendship or Mile building position
Hello, I just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a rookie crew member, volunteer, or a friendship program or mileage builder. I'm looking forward to meeting new people!
I'm 49 years old and live by the Cantabrian Sea (Basque Country). During the year, I'm available for short trips (up to a week) depending on my workload, and even longer trips in the summer. I consider myself an optimistic, respectful, easy-going person with a good sense of humor and a great love of nature. I enjoy gardening and enjoying my family life.
I hold a PER license issued in Spain with a sailing qualification. Basically, I can skipper boats up to 15 m in length and up to 12 miles from the coast. I regularly sail on day cruises.
I can contribute hard work, enthusiasm, and a desire to continue learning the secrets of sailing. I like to cook and I can say I'm comfortable in the kitchen. I'm a non-smoker. I have an intermediate level of English, but sufficient to communicate and hold a conversation.

Egoitz is a humble guy with lots of local knowledge in northern spain, especially in the basque country. I really liked his cooking, we had delicious dinners and a great sailing adventure all together. If you have the chance to sail with him, i would recommend it.
