Looking for a Deckhand, Competent Crew, Mile Building or Voluntary Work Position

Hi there! I'm currently working as a lifeguard in Lido di Venezia, but starting September 15th, I’ll be fully available and ready to join a crew. I’m looking for a position as a Deckhand, Competent Crew, Mile building, or Voluntary work – especially on boats sailing through the Adriatic Sea.
I hold both Italian and Argentine passports, which gives me flexibility to move and work easily across different regions. I'm reliable, hardworking, and used to taking responsibility on the water. My experience as a lifeguard has trained me to stay calm under pressure, work as a team, and always keep safety in mind.
I’m enthusiastic, eager to learn, and genuinely passionate about life at sea. I’m happy to help with anything on board – from deck duties to general maintenance – and I always bring a positive, can-do attitude.
