Looking for a Voluntary work position
Hi, I’ve recently joined Crewbay and am looking for a volunteer crew opportunity. I’m open to learning, helping out, and sharing a meaningful experience at sea.
I’m a 41-year-old woman with a deep love for the sea and sailing. I work as a computer specialist, but I feel most alive when I'm close to the ocean. I’ve completed basic seamanship training, I’m an amateur windsurfer, and an endurance swimmer. I value calm, mutual respect, and shared effort.

Motivation
I’m looking to join a sailboat as a volunteer crew member to live simply, learn more about life at sea, and contribute to the journey. I’m happy to assist with deck work, cleaning, cooking, night watches, or technical tasks.
Travel Info
I hold a Turkish special (green) passport, allowing visa-free travel to most of Europe (Schengen area), parts of Latin America, and Asia. This offers flexibility for international routes and spontaneous plans.
Availability
I will be in Lisbon, Portugal on June 30th and am available from July 1st through late August 2025. I'm flexible with dates and open to both short and long-term opportunities.
