Looking for a Novice Crew, Mile building, Deckhand or Stew/Deck position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Mile building, Deckhand or Stew/Deck. I’m new to sailing, but grew up kayaking, wakeboarding, surfing, and spending lots of time in the ocean. My partner and I are looking to buy a 40ft sailboat in the next year and we want some experience sailing and living on board boats before we unfurl the masts.
