Looking for a Delivery Crew, Competent Crew, (Lead) Deckhand or Captain position
Hi! I've just joined Crewbay.
I'm a 29-year-old Dutch entrepreneur and engineer with a lifelong passion for sailing. I've done everything from competitive sailing in small boats to working as a skipper on coastal and offshore trips. I’m now looking to gain more sea time and contribute as Delivery Crew, Competent Crew, Lead Deckhand, or Captain.
I'm hands-on, safety-minded, and enjoy working with a good crew. Always happy to help — and always learning.
