Looking for a Competent Crew, Friendship, Novice Crew or Mile building position

Hi there ! I'm Thomas, 24 yo guy from Belgium with already some experience in sailing and super motivated into learning more. My main sailing experience to date was one and a half month and -1200 miles sailing trip as crew in the Caribbean in 2024. I'm now looking to build more miles and continue learning about sailing.
