2nd Officer looking for a Novice Crew position

I am an OOW (5 years) currently working on a research vessel and very keen on all things nautical, enjoying diving/snorkelling (PADI Rescue Diver/Oxygen Provider/Hyperbaric Chamber Operator) as well as kayaking and fishing in my spare time ? ?
During my periods off work I tend to travel to different places and am very laid back when it comes to meeting and living with new people. Without sailing experience I’m keen to learn as much about sailing in any capacity possible as I would really like a sailboat of my own in the near future so any opportunity to learn and meet you people would be great ?
