Looking to sail to Istanbul before it gets cold

Hi there, I'm currently in northern Italy with my friend Loïse. We're looking to head south on the tyrrhenian coast (adriatic is fine as well) to get to turkey before winter. Loïse is a better sailor than I am but I'm a fast learner, I will catch up. We both speak good English and I can manage some Italian.
