Never sailed before, willing to learn, willing to adapt to any situation, good swimmer

Hi im 19 and want to travel the world rightnow im looking for a boat to cross the atlantic. I never stepped foot on a sailing boat so a very patient and beginner friendly crew would be good. Im a very good swimmer (international rescue swimming certification), and im very good at adapting to certain situations and folks.
Also im willing to do any work on and around the boat to dont be dead weight.
