Looking for a Novice Crew position

My name is Sjoerd, I'm 25 years old living in the Netherlands and I am looking to gain sailing experience at see.
I've sailed on inland lake's so I do not have much Sailing Experience.

In short, what I can do:

I am not afraid, easily panicked or seasick
I am able to tie a view nots, work a long day if necessary, be careful with other people's belonings
My Day job is commercial diving.
