expericenced crew member, looking to Cross the Atlantic, ideally to Brazil !!
Hi everyone! :))
My name’s Seb, I’m 29, French, passionate about sailing, and currently looking to join a crew for a crossing from the Canaries!
I’ll arrive in Santa Cruz on November 25th, and I’m very flexible with dates! Ideally, I’d love to head to Brazil, but I’m also super flexible with the destination, I’m mainly looking to gain more experience and share an ocean adventure!
I’m waiting for a selection date with Lufthansa to (hopefully) start a new career as a pilot. In the meantime, I’m free and motivated to sail and travel.
I’ve already crossed the Atlantic west–east in 2021 (Bermuda → Azores) on a Dufour 420, and the Caribbean Sea in 2020 (Dominican Republic → Colombia) on a catamaran without an engine!! I have about 3000 nm of experience.
I’m proactive, easy-going, and adapt well to any crew dynamic. No seasickness, and I really enjoy night watches, lookout duties, and all onboard tasks.
Languages: French, English, Spanish, and good German.
