Looking for a Racing crew, Mile building, Delivery Crewor Deckhand position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Racing crew, Mile building, Delivery Crew or Deckhand. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people! Growing up in Jersey, I began sailing Optimists at five years old, and progressed through Toppers, Lasers, and Fevas, competing regularly in regattas and club races. My passion for the ocean and sailing has driven me to pursue roles and qualifications centred around the sea. For example, I founded a sailing club at university, a project that reflected both my love of sailing and my motivation to share that enthusiasm with others.
Beyond my professional roles, I have gained valuable coastal and inshore experience across multiple cruising areas including the Solent, English Channel, Channel Islands, North Coast of France, and the Mediterranean. I have participated in several notable races, such as the RYCIC Commodore’s Cup 2017-19 (St Helier, Jersey – St Malo, France) onboard Euphorix, a Beneteau 40.7, where at 12 years old I helmed and won the race in 2016; the Inter-Island Yacht Race between Jersey and Guernsey (2016-17, 2019, 2023, and 2024), where I did trim and main onboard Grace, a Grand Soleil 46.3; as well as multiple other inshore and costal races around the Channel Islands. Recently, first in our class in the Arrow Trophy (October 2025), where I was trim. These experiences have helped cultivate my seamanship, endurance, and understanding of teamwork onboard.
