Looking for a start in the yachting sector

I have been sailing on bulk carriers for several years in northern and central Europe and am now looking to pivot into the yachting sector. Although I don't have much experience on yachts (1 season in Europe), I have extensive experience on cargo vessels and I am motivated to learn new things. I am looking to work my way up the ladder, step by step. Your notice seems suitable for this and I believe I could be a good team member for you.
I have been sailing recreationally since childhood and love to spend time at sea.
I have STCW Chief Mate Unlimited / Master <500GT, Baltic and North Sea.
I have experience as Chief mate and 2nd mate and OS / watch rating deck, with good leadership skills. I have handled ocean and archipelago navigation and maintenance of navigation equipment, life saving appliances and firefighting equipment, as well as cargo operations. I have experience in many different ECDIS systems and am very IT adept. I am also familiar with ISPS Practices and security awarness. I also have experience in leading a deck team and maintenance of deck spaces, be it metal, plastic or wood. I am good with my hands and can work with boats, engines and tools.
