Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position

A quick introduction about me: I’m a beginner in sailing, but highly motivated to learn and fully commit on board. I’m resourceful, adaptable, and a fast learner.
Starting this summer, I’m setting off to explore the world, meet inspiring people, and live as many real experiences and adventures as possible. I don’t have a big budget, but I make up for it with my motivation, energy, and willingness to help with any tasks on board.
I’m mainly looking for a human experience based on trust, teamwork, and sharing, while developing my sailing skills.
