I am Looking for a Deckhand or Delivery Crew position
As a 19-year-old with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to any team and uphold the high standards associated with industry.
Through my experience as a lifeguard and surf instructor, I have developed a deep awareness of safety, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities that are essential when working around water and vessels. My time managing a surf shop further strengthened my organisational skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently, while also leading a team and maintaining high operational standards.
In addition, my experience as a bartender and waiter has refined my teamwork, adaptability, and ability to deliver excellent service in busy environments. I am comfortable working long and flexible hours, including weekends, and I thrive in roles that require both physical effort and precision.
I take pride in maintaining clean, well-organised workspaces and have a strong eye for detail when it comes to presentation and upkeep. I am eager to learn, quick to take initiative, and fully prepared to assist with all aspects of yacht preparation, maintenance, and movement as required.
