They are skilled in all key operations, including net handling and repair, winch work, wire splicing, watchkeeping, and various fishing types such as tuna, scallops, crabs, and whitefish, Prawns and its tailing, whelks, etc.
All crew members hold valid documentation, including the B1 English Certificate approved by the Home Office, allowing them to work within or outside a 12-mile radius, with or without sponsorship. All documents are verified through the relevant High Commission (Embassy) in Accra before deployment.
