Licensed Local Skipper (VHF Cert) - Ready for August Mile Building
Hi! I’m an active sailor looking to build coastal miles this August. I hold a Portuguese "Patrão Local" license (Day Skipper equivalent) and a VHF Radio Operator certificate.
I have solid practical experience in daytime sailing and I am a hardworking, reliable crew member. I am looking to gain more experience in longer passages and I am particularly interested in:
Coastal navigation and harbor maneuvers.
Sail trimming and daytime watches.
Onboard maintenance and cooking.
While I have strong daytime skills, I am looking to learn and gain confidence in night navigation under supervision. I am a non-smoker, easy-going, and very safety-conscious.
My main goal is to build my logbook and learn from experienced skippers. Based in Portugal, but open to any route along the coast.
