Looking for a Competent Crew or Mile building position

I plan to do the ARC or Le rallye des Iles du Soleil or similar crusing this year. (avoid 15 Oct to 15 Déc)
Preferably form France. Also looking for some cruise about a week england, spain, north sea all that is great !
I have 950 miles of expérience and my French offshore boating permit.
I want to develop Nautical skills. Routing and triming SPI and Gennaker.
I dont smoke, like beer if not sailing and do some sport.
I prefer 5 or 6 crew member.
