Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, Mile building or Voluntary work position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship, Mile building or Voluntary work. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I'm a retired (after 40 years) mechanical engineer/machine designer/mechanic I've sailed a variety of day sailer and sailboards mainly inland. I've designed, also built a few boats and sailboards, and made sails for them. The last 10 years since retirement I've been doing a lot of soaring ( flying with no motor). Bicycling and skiing are also big on my list of activities. I'm fit and ready for adventure. I cook and I'm handy I have a lady partner (ex emergency room nurse) that would be keen to join in.
