Looking for a Head Housekeeper, 2nd Steward/ess or Housekeeping/Stew position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Head Housekeeper, 2nd Steward/ess or Housekeeping/Stew. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
Since 2014, I have built an extensive career in high-end hospitality, including 8 years of experience on a 134 m M/Y as a Lead Housekeeper and a year as Chief Stewardess on a 54 m M/Y. I am now seeking a long-term, permanent/ seasonal role within the yachting industry. I pride myself on a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and exacting hygiene standards. While I am highly disciplined in following senior leadership’s directives, I am equally confident working on my own initiative. As a natural team builder, I excel at coaching and motivating diverse crews to maintain peak performance. My versatile skill set allows me to transition seamlessly between housekeeping, service, laundry, and galley as needed. I thrive in multicultural environments and remain highly adaptable to the evolving demands of luxury operations.
