Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Captain, 1st Mate, Delivery Crew or Competent Crew. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
With over 15 years of professional experience in the yachting industry, I have developed the knowledge, leadership, and hands-on skills required to safely and efficiently manage yachts up to 60 meters while delivering exceptional service to owners and guests.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for all aspects of yacht operation, including navigation, passage planning, safety management, maintenance, budgeting, crew leadership, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. I take great pride in maintaining vessels to the highest standards and creating a safe, enjoyable, and professional onboard environment.
My experience includes coastal and offshore cruising, marina operations, itinerary planning, guest relations, and coordinating maintenance with contractors and shipyards. I am calm under pressure, highly organized, and committed to making every voyage safe, efficient, and enjoyable.
