ISSA-qualified novice seeking mile building and paid delivery opportunities
Hello! I am Aleksandr, based in Portugal.
I hold an ISSA Inshore Skipper certificate and a VHF radio certificate. I do not have commercial sailing experience yet, but my goal is to build real sea experience and progress towards paid work as delivery crew.
I am interested in day sailing, weekend trips and coastal passages with an experienced skipper. I am happy to help with steering under supervision, sail handling, mooring, anchoring, lookout duties, cooking, cleaning and general work onboard.
I have a technical and software background, I am reliable, calm and willing to learn. My English is conversational rather than fluent, but I understand basic sailing terminology and safety instructions.
Available for opportunities in Portugal, Spain and other parts of Europe.
