Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Steward(ess), Housekeeping Steward(ess) or Laundry Steward(ess). I have built a solid career spanning 15 years within the hospitality and tourism industry and I genuinely enjoy what I do, so much so I want to take my experience and transition to a new career within the superyacht industry. Skilled in all aspects of housekeeping from room servicing, bed-making, interior detailing, deep cleaning, bathroom sanitisation, laundry,ironing, linen management and turn down service.. Experienced in both front and back of house operations, coffee and cocktail preparation, stock control, training and development, reservations management and hostess duties, i possess a strong background in guest services and responding efficiently to enquiries and requests combined with excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain high operational standards in fast paced environments, Naturally bright and bubbly, i enjoy creating memorable experiences and making people feel welcome. I am empathetic, confidant and approachable and I find that building strong relationships comes naturally to me, I take pride in maintaining high standards, anticipating needs and delivering genuine hospitality with warmth and professionalism.
