Looking for a Mile building, Deckhand or Delivery Crew position

I'm a sailor and watersports instructor from Salcombe, UK. I'm a deckhand looking for opportunities to work on deck, build miles, and learn as much as I can about racing/sailing/cruising offshore.

I grew up sailing, I've held a sailing instructor certification for 10 years with experience branching into surf coaching and beach lifeguarding. I sail frequently on my families Sun Odyssey 440 with experience accross all stations. I have my advanced diving qual, driver license and of course my STCW and ENG1, working towards my YMO.
