Looking for a Mile building or Competent Crew position
I hold an Italian offshore sailing licence (vela e motore, no coastal limits). My hands-on sailing experience so far is 8 weeks at the Caprera Sailing Centre in Sardinia — 6 weeks on dinghies, 2 weeks on keelboats. I know I’m not an experienced offshore sailor yet, and that’s exactly why I’m here: I want to learn properly, contribute genuinely, and put in the work.
I’m physically fit, used to manual work, and comfortable in challenging outdoor conditions. I speak Italian, English and French.
Happy to take on any task — watches, cooking, cleaning, sail handling, whatever the boat needs. I won’t pretend to know more than I do, but I’ll give 100% and I’m a fast learner.
Available from August/September 2026. Open to any route — ideally building towards longer passages.
