Looking for a crew position – Caribbean → Europe, Spring 2027
Hi!
I'm Loïc, a French guy currently living in Montréal, Canada. I'm planning a long overland trip from Montréal through the US, Mexico and Central America, and I'm looking for an opportunity to join a sailing boat somewhere in the Caribbean in spring 2027.
Ideally, I'd love to join a boat heading from the Caribbean to Europe, via the Azores, between April and June 2027. My final destination would be France, but I'm also open to Portugal, Spain or elsewhere in Europe.
I'm a beginner sailor, but I'm very motivated to learn and happy to take part in watches, cooking, cleaning, maintenance and all the everyday tasks on board. I'm easy-going, adaptable and comfortable with long journeys and shared living spaces.
I'm particularly interested in private boats and shared-cost arrangements, rather than commercial sailing trips, and I'm looking for something reasonably affordable.
I'm flexible regarding the exact departure port and dates.
