Looking for crossing the Atlantic

Hi. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew or Voluntary work in crossing the Atalntic.
Ideally I would like to go to Brazil, but I'm glad to go to the Caribe as well :)

I have very little sailing experience but looking for courses to do before the journey starts.
