Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position in a transatlantic trip

Hi, I'm looking for a transatlantic trip from East to West that will get to the Caribbeans by mid december 2026 at the latest. I don't have a lot of experience but I'm highly motivated not only for this trip but to include sailing in my life. I'm also willing to make a few trips to have more experience before sailing the transatlantic, whether it's with the transatlantic crew or on independent trips.
